• If something's wrong like an instrument breaks or Corrides, we'll repair or replace the instrument free of charge.
• Our Product is eligible to be distributed all over the world and is CE Marked.
• This instrument is intended to be used only for the specific purpose for which it was designed. It is the responsibility of clinicians & sterilization professionals to familiarize themselves with proper techniques for using & caring for this instrument.

SHIPPING & HANDLING

• We Ship All over the World through Reliable Shipping Partners like DHL and FEDEX, For orders from Europe we ship from our office in Germany. So customers in Europe wont have a problem with customs or custom charges.
• All Instruments available in stock will be shipped within 3 to 4 business days.
• Any Pre-Order Instruments can take us 15 business days to dispatch.
• Once you place the order, you'll receive an invoice and an Order ID by email. you`ll find an option of "TRACK ORDER” above the MENU, here with an Order ID# you can know updates about your order.
• When your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number to track your order.
• Upon Special requests we can use low value shipping invoice & mark products as gifts for custom issues, Please request us by email if you require this.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

• Any claim for incorrect shipment, faulty or damaged goods on delivery, must be made within 15 business days of receipt of goods.
• For Customers from USA, CANADA, Europe, UK, MIDDLE EAST & AUSTRALIA we take responsibility to deliver your order without any custom issues or Duty problems.
• For NORTH AMERICA, RUSSIA, AFRICA and other Countries of ASIA, We`re not responsible for any custom problem in customer`s Country, No Refunds are eligible for Custom problems under any circumstances. But We do our best to help you receive your order with any documentation you need.
