Return Policy

We will gladly exchange or refund any purchase in its original condition by method of payment within 30 days.

Defective merchandise will be exchanged within the first seven days of receipt.

Damaged Products:

Please inspect your package when it arrives. If it is defective or in unacceptable condition, you must notify us within 15 business days of delivery at info@new-medinstruments.com and we will replace it and pay all shipping costs to and from your location or issue refund as per your wish.

Return a non defective product ( In case error is not at New Med's end )

In cases where Goods are not defective and the customer requests to return the Goods, New Med Instruments shall be under no contractual obligation to accept the return except in the event of any error on its parts as to the amount or type of Goods delivered. If we accept, Shipping labels are not provided. It is the customers’ responsibility to ship the product back. Product must be clean, unused and in its original packaging. Restocking Fees: A 20% restocking fee applies to all returns against non defectives products.

Credits and Refunds:We will credit your purchase, excluding shipping and the restocking fee (if applicable) once the product is received back in acceptable condition.
