At New Med Instruments it is our responsibility to facilitate our customers with safe & secure transactions. We do not receive information of your Credit / Debit card. our payments are processed through secured third party payment providers Stripe and PayPal.

• If you wish to pay by VISA or Mastercard please choose Stripe as payment method on checkout page.
• if you wish to pay by AMEX please chose PayPal option at checkout page, You do not need a PayPal account to pay with AMEX. Our integrated PayPal will give you an option to pay with your AMEX on our checkout page.
• if you wish to pay by PayPal please chose PayPal option at checkout page and your payment will be securely processed by PayPal.
• if you wish to receive an invoice before making payment or wish to pay by Wire Transfer please write us at info@new-medinstruments.com send us list of items you wish to buy and we will entertain your request.
• In case of refund, your payment will be refunded on same card which you used to make the payment initially.
