Returns and Refunds All Our Surgical Instruments are handcrafted with Premium Surgical Grade Stainless Steel and are guaranteed for life against manufacturing defects, provided that the instrument is used for its intended surgical purpose. New Med will either repair or replace the instrument free of any charge at our discretion. All our Surgical Instruments are reusable and are inspected by our experienced quality control officers examining all instruments carefully at our production house.Our instruments are carefully examined by our surgical instrument experts. No instrument is shipped unless it meets our standards.
Custom Clearance
Please be informed in case your country customs have put your delivery on hold, We will help you with any documentation required for custom clearance but No Refunds are eligible for Custom clearance problems under any circumstances.
Order Cancellation
If you have placed an order with us and need to cancel it, please contact us immediately at info@new-medinstruments.com We will make every attempt to stop your order from shipping; however, we cannot guarantee that it hasn't shipped. Normal cancellation fee is 20% if your order has been processed. If your order has shipped, you will be responsible for the shipping charges to you and the return to us. This will be considered a return and treated accordingly.
Please - Do not refuse a parcel
We have experienced some customers refuse deliveries due to any confusion or unavailability at time of delivery, In this case you have to contact courier company yourself and ask them to rearrange delivery. Refusing a shipment will result in 30% re-stocking charges plus all shipping costs. Also, credit will be not be issued until the package is received back safely.
